Many clients and friends of I asking me how to setting their POP3 email account on their iPhone, so I decided to post the HOWTO here for fast and easy explanation.

First of all, you need an iPhone (everyone know it ^_^), then you will need your email account information such as Username, password, incoming and outgoing Server (you can get it from your host provider).

1. go to your iPhone Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Accounts and choose Add Account…

2. Choose your email account type. For setting up email to work with IT-Paradise.com service choose Other.

3. Select Add Mail Account under the Mail section and enter account information.

4. Fill in your name and email address.  Then click Save.

On the next screen enter your account details, including the following.

• Incoming Mail Server

  Host Name: mail.yourdomainname.com
  User Name: username@yourdomainname.com
  Password: yourpassword

• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
  Host Name: mail.yourdomainname.com
  User Name: username@yourdomainname.com
  Password: yourpassword

Tap Save to save the entered information.  Your iPhone will then verify your account information.

5. Upon successful completion you will be taken back to the Mail Settings screen.

You should now have a fully configured email account on your Apple iPhone.
