During my Japan Trip, Evelyn and I happen to visit a Japan Famous Beer Manufacturer Museum in Hokkaido.., and both of us tasted 3 of their most famous beer.
1. The Black Label – Produce since 1977, is one of their most popular beer which use selected ingredients, its the most fruity taste of barley.
2. The Black (Yebisu) – Brewed using dark roasted malt and Bavarian aroma hops. This premium black beer has a delightful fragrant aroma and smooth taste.
3. Kaitajushi Beer – Is the most traditional beer which brewed using original recipe of Kaitakushi brewery. It is brewed using only malt, hops, yeast and pure water. The hops and barley for this local beer are grown in Hokkaido. It has a rich and mild taste.
Its really a great place to visit if you going to visit Hokkaido, beside the museum have a lots of high-class restaurant with great food…
