Finally, I have some time to go back hometown last Friday to visit my parents. Even through, it a quite short period I have, but we still enjoy… and I happen to catch up with the home cook dinner… yum yum.. missed it so much.
I don’t know that night was my birthday (in Chinese Calender), until my lovely sister bring out the delicious mint icy cake. This cake was so special, and it my 1st time tasting mint icy chocolate cake.
After tasted the cake, mom make us bird nest as dessert and I have Teluk Intan Famous Chee Cheong Fun as supper too…. THANK YOU SO MUCH….
The next day evening, I have to travel to Ipoh, Evelyn parent house, because she had not return for sometime. We had our dinner at 1919 Restaurant and Gallery, kind of bali style restaurant. We ordered 6 dishes, and the bill was reasonable.
After the dinner, we went for a Christian Church Concert which perform by a group of Christian members from Taiwan.
