How to upload a picture to Wordpress Blog

I have a friend who always ask me how to upload the picture to her blog, this question and answer had been repeat and repeat.

So, I decided to post these step in here, and she could just refer here instead of asking me everytime she wanted upload picture again.

1) Uploaded the edited picture to the server using FTP Client (eg. filezilla)

2) Remember the image filename (e.g. mypicture.jpg) *NOTE:* it case sensitive

3) Login to your blog admin page, and click on the “Tree” icon at the editor.

4) Put in the URL to your picture on the “Image URL” field on the popup window (e.g. http://www.jackieho.net/images/mypicture.jpg)

5) Click “Insert” button.

Then you are complete.
